Monetary Donations
Ronald McDonald House
gratefully accepts monetary donations. Some donors make
contributions in honor or in memory of a loved one. The
House will send an acknowledgement to the person specified by
the donor.
If

Double Your Donation
Did you know that many employers
will match their employees gifts to Ronald McDonald House?
All you have to do is complete a form provided by your company
and send it to the House with your contribution. The House
will fill out the appropriate materials and return them to
your company for approval. Remember, that many companies
match retirees gifts, as well. Be sure to check with your
company for all the details and restrictions. Please take
advantage of this wonderful opportunity to double your impact
for the children and families of Ronald McDonald House! Print

In
Kind Donations
In kind donations are generally
accepted if they are consistent with the operations of the House. Please see the
Wish List
for
suggestions of items that the House could use. The House will issue a receipt for
the item(s) donated and it is the responsibility of the donor to
place a value on the gift.
Stock Donations
Ronald McDonald House gratefully accepts stock gifts.
The donor's broker can transfer the stock from his or her
account to the House's account. Alternatively, the donor
could deliver the stock certificate to the House's broker.
Third Party Fundraisers
Sometimes groups ask to organize
events to benefit the House. The events
range from large to small and include such activities as
restaurant openings and softball tournaments. The event
organizers complete an informational form and the House screens
requests before deciding whether or not to allow the
House's name to be used for an event.
If you would like to plan a third party event to benefit the
House, submit the on-line
Special Event Application or print the
form and mail or fax it to the House.
Pull Tab Program
We appreciate the
community's interest in helping Ronald McDonald House collect
pull tabs to support our Operating Budget. This
recycling effort helps to keep the House in tip top shape for
the families who call RMH a "home".

Help
the House when you Shop for Groceries
Thanks to the charitable programs
of local grocery stores, Kroger, Rice Epicurean Markets and
Randalls,
customers are able to donate a portion of their purchases to the
Ronald McDonald House of Houston.
Randalls'
customers may pick up a Randalls Remarkable Card at the customer
service desk at any Randalls store. Just present your
Remarkable Card to the cashier before your purchases are scanned
and tell them you wish to have a percentage of your purchases
donated to account number 1661. If you forget the number,
just mention the Ronald McDonald House of Houston. Now
every time you make a purchase at Randalls a percentage of
your purchase will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House of
Houston.
A Kroger Share
Card may be obtained by calling 713.795.3563 or by
e-mailing a request for a card. In order for the Ronald
McDonald House of Houston to receive a percentage of your
purchase you must present the Kroger Share Card before each
purchase.
Rice
Epicurean Markets has launched a point’s based program.
We encourage you to enroll at any of the store locations or
at
www.riceepicurean.com.
Enrollment is FREE. For every $1 you spend at Rice Epicurean
with your Experience Card, you will earn 1 point (They will
have special programs where you can earn bonus points as
well) . When you accumulate a minimum of 5,000 points, you
can then redeem your points good for a $50 donation payable
from Rice Epicurean to
Ronald McDonald House of Houston.
Please enroll today and remember the Ronald
McDonald House of Houston when you redeem your points.

Macy's Thanks for Sharing
Program is available to Macy's Star Rewards Credit
Account Cardholders and provides a portion of the
proceeds on purchases to several charitable
organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House of
Houston. This special program is from September 19,
2007
through December 31, 2007.
